After tasting this delicious smoothie, I decided to experiment, and I came up with my own modified version that my husband and I both really love.
(2 servings)
1 ripe banana
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
2/3 cup plain low fat yogurt
10 medium frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon wheat germ
Slice the bananas and toss everything in the blender and blend.
